Yes. The systems utilized by BillTech have been validated as Level 1 PCI compliant.

Does BillTech support one-time transactions? What about recurring billing?
BillTech offers a number of ways to bill your customers, including one-time transactions, recurring billing, and per unit billing. If there is another billing method that you would like to use, please contact us about customizing it just for your company.
 
Can I use BillTech if my customers are in a country other than the U.S.?
Yes, your customers can be located almost anywhere in the world and they can make purchases from you using BillTech’s payment collection methods 24/7/365.
 
Does BillTech support multiple payment currencies?
Yes. BillTech offers a multitude of international and local forms of payment. BillTech can also process each payment type in your customers' local currency.
